SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, exactly as received.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or used plant nutrition products

  • Liquids, concentrates, or products with broken seals

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Hazardous or regulated substances

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase

All return requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Products sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, for example when:

  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Items are returned outside the allowed return window

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@p2tp-holland.com, before sending anything back.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved return will result in store credit equal to the value of the product.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
